Job summary

3 Arts Entertainment seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles. The role will manage daily financial transactions, prepare detailed financial statements, and ensure GAAP compliance while collaborating with the CFO in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting, 2+ years of experience (entertainment industry preferred), and knowledge of accrual accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in accrual basis of accounting.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, ideally in the entertainment industry.
• Experience with AgilLink a plus.
• Experience with payroll a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining detailed journals and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
• AR/AP entries, 1099s, and expense reports
• Preparing a variety of financial statements and reports, including monthly financials
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Working closely with the Senior Staff Accountant and CFO to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. In addition to compensation, 3 Arts offers a generous PTO policy and outstanding health insurance for employees and their dependents.
