Qualifications

• Expediting, Receiving, Teaching cooking techniques, preparing soups stocks and sauces, Supervisory responsibilities, clear communication with staff and managers, capability to work across all kitchen stations, familiarity with all recipes, professional staff interactions, strong culinary technique and tasting ability, proficient knife skills, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product utilization and minimize waste using waste tracking tools; manage inventory with accuracy.
• Improve productivity and reduce hourly labor costs through efficient operations.
• Assist with inventory counts and supplier order coordination as directed.
• Lead adherence to FGR SOPs including line checks, closing checklists, waste sheets, and weekly cleaning.
