Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for The McArthur's Jr. Sous Chef at the Arizona Biltmore, a storied luxury resort in Phoenix. The role supports senior chefs in preparing high‑quality dishes and coordinating kitchen operations across outlets.

You will train and guide cooks, manage prep lists, and ensure food safety and cost control while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Culinary Department in a hotel, restaurant or club.
• Accredited Culinary School or Apprenticeship preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training staff in the production and execution of outlet needs, ensuring a high‑quality culinary experience.
• Support the preparation and quality control of soups, stocks, sauces, and other outlet dishes.
• Contribute to daily culinary operations and maintain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Maintain knowledge of all menus and recipes and ensure consistency in preparation.
