The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal candidates will:

• Support their team and help others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
• Manage the line, plan shifts for proper coverage, and coach team members on the go
• Understand food, health and safety standards, and have knowledge of financial aspects including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
