Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI'S team is looking for a passionate and dedicated JUNIOR SOUS CHEF eager to learn and join them at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

This opportunity offers tremendous growth potential within our hospitality family.

Ideal candidates possess:
  • 2-3 years experience as a Lead Line Cook demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line cooking stations.
  • A professional and polished leadership approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team comfortably in a busy environment.
