SABG is hiring a Junior Sourcing Specialist to support the Recruitment team in Huntsville, AL.

JOB TITLE

Junior Sourcing Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aggressively source candidates for all open and proposal requisitions using specific keywords, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing methods.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain an organized recruiting workflow, ensuring the timely delivery of all requisitions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and status updates using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and spreadsheets.
SUPERVISION

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 + years of recruiting or staffing experience is preferred, along with an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies and techniques.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experienced in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Clearance Jobs.
  • Demonstrate success sourcing within government contracting environments, with preferred experience supporting MDA, USSF, and FBI.
COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
