This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background as a Lead Server or Captain. In this role, you’ll guide guest beverage service, craft food and wine pairings, and assist with inventory and backend operations.

No formal credentials required, but strong knowledge of Old and New World wines helps. Join a unique setting blending winery, live music, and fine dining.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Old and New World wine regions and vintages.
• Strong English literacy and communication.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant service is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Guide guest beverage service and craft wine pairings.
• Assist with inventory and backend operations.
• Maintain wine cellar cleanliness and organization.
• Deliver high-quality guest experiences and exceed expectations.
