Foresight Works Ltd. is hiring a Junior Solutions Engineer to support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the go-to-market lifecycle. You’ll help with pre-sales demonstrations, onboarding, and successful deployment in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

You’ll build automation workflows using Python and tools like Zapier, Make.com, and HubSpot, while addressing client challenges and driving strong customer experience across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.
• Hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL or similar database tools.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with GTM automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms.
• Background in B2B SaaS, AI products, or construction/infrastructure software.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM teams with technical presentations, demos, and PoCs.
• Collaborate with clients during onboarding for smooth implementation and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Python and platforms like Zapier/Make.com.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and communicate solutions clearly.
• Relay customer feedback to product and customer success teams to improve adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs in internal meetings to influence product updates.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you’ll support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the go-to-market lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding through to successful deployment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and using technology to streamline workflows and create a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges
• Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations
• Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates
