We seek a Junior Solutions Engineer to assist in designing technical solutions across pre-sales, onboarding, and deployment, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.
• Hands-on experience in solutions engineering, tech support, or automation roles.
• Strong Python scripting for data/workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM teams with technical presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
• Collaborate with clients during onboarding for smooth implementation and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Python and platforms like Zapier/Make/HubSpot.
• Diagnose issues and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relay customer feedback to product and CS teams to boost adoption and satisfaction.
• Advocate for customer needs in internal product discussions.

Foresight Works Ltd is an AI-powered SaaS company building predictive project management and delivery software for large construction and infrastructure projects. Our platform helps teams reduce schedule risk, improve execution, and make better decisions across complex, high-stakes programs.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you'll support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the go-to-market lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding through to successful deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and using technology to streamline workflows and create a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges
• Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations
• Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates

Requirements

• A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field
• Some hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation
• Experience with SQL or a similar database tool
• Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
• Experience with or exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms
• Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software
