Job summary

Foresight Works Ltd, an AI-powered SaaS company, seeks a Junior Solutions Engineer to design and deliver technical solutions across the go-to-market lifecycle. You’ll support GTM teams, assist in onboarding, and help deploy predictive project management software for complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.
• Hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL or a similar database tool.
• Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with GTM automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms.
• Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software.
• Right to work.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM teams with technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate with new clients during onboarding for smooth implementation and tailored integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Python and platforms like Zapier/Make.com/HubSpot.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, communicating solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with product and Customer Success to relay feedback and improve user adoption.
• Advocate for customers in internal meetings, prioritizing their needs for product updates.

Foresight Works Ltd is an AI-powered SaaS company building predictive project management and delivery software for large construction and infrastructure projects. Our platform helps teams reduce schedule risk, improve execution, and make better decisions across complex, high-stakes programs.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you'll support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the go-to-market lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding through to successful deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and using technology to streamline workflows and create a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges
• Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations
• Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates
