Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an entry-level AI Software Developer for a 12-month contract in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on prompt engineering for a consumer-facing agent, with a small senior team guiding growth and learning within Brooksource's Elevate program.

You will build evals, datasets, and improve agent performance, working in a hybrid environment with a strong onboarding and mentorship plan. Bachelor's in CS or related field required, with curiosity about LLMs and fundamentals in Git,

Associate AI Software Developer — Agentic Commerce (3 Openings)

Our large retail client is looking for an entry-level AI Software Developer!

The focus is prompt engineering and agent quality — evals, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge scoring. This team is brand new this year at our client- with 3 Senior Developers. What they need is someone to bring depth in prompt engineering for a consumer-facing agent.

What You Will Receive:

Each associate is paired with one of my senior engineers as a mentor.
