Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable curiosity about LLMs — coursework, side projects, or an articulate opinion about why a prompt failed
• Fundamentals: Git, writing tests, reading unfamiliar code, HTTP/REST

Responsibilities

• Building evals and datasets; catching quality regressions before customers do
• Prompt engineering for a live customer-facing agent — tone, refusals, guardrails
• Debugging agent behaviour through Langfuse traces
• Feature work in Temporal-based agent harness
• Chat UI in React/Next.js; tests; code review
