Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, business admin or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years in IT, asset licensing or tech ops.
• Knowledge of software licensing concepts and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAM operations under guidance of senior consultants.
• Maintain software inventory, entitlement records, and asset repositories.
• Assist in license compliance reviews and basic reconciliation activities.
• Identify software usage gaps and optimization opportunities via SAM methods.
• Learn and apply SAM best practices including ISO 19770 awareness.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and stakeholders to gather data and support asset management initiatives.
