Job summary

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, is seeking Junior Snowboard Instructors for the 2026-2027 winter season. As a Jr. Instructor you'll assist with lessons, help create a safe and fun learning environment, and support experienced instructors while gaining hands-on teaching experience.

Must be 14 or 15 by September 1, 2026; enthusiastic, enjoy outdoors, and snowboard proficient. Training dates: Nov 14, 21, and Dec 5.

Qualifications

• Must be 14–16 years old by September 1, 2026.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and coachable.
• Good communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist snowboard instructors in teaching guests and groups.
• Help prepare students and fit gear and lifts.
• Provide excellent guest service and directions.
• Support daily setup and on-snow training as needed.
