The Junior Site Engineer will be an entry-level technical role designed to develop future Site Engineers through comprehensive, hands-on training and mentorship. Over a period of 1–2 years, the Junior Site Engineer will work closely with a committee of experienced professionals to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to succeed in the role of a Site Engineer.
Upon completion of the training period and based on formal performance reviews, the Junior Site Engineer may be promoted to a full Site Engineer position.
