Position:

Site Execution for Civil Construction

Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing civil construction site activities, ensuring work progress, safety, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor work progress by supervising workmen.
2. Achieve work targets related to concrete, block work, plastering, etc.
3. Check lines, levels, and markings for walls, slabs, columns, etc.
4. Supervise subcontractors and staff.

Supervisor Role:

1. Coordinate all agencies at the site for smooth workflow.
2. Maintain attendance records of all workers.
3. Send material indents, equipment, and labor requirements to the head office as per schedule.
4. Follow safety instructions and rules at the site.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
