Excellent Client in Midland, TX is seeking a Junior Building Engineer

JUNIOR ENGINEER: Tasks requested of you by the Chief Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Management Staff including, but not limited to, performing ongoing facility maintenance and assisting with minor repairs to equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. You will also walk through the buildings and property to check for any maintenance or cleaning items that need attention to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

OTHER DUTIES AS TRAINING PROGRESSES:

1. Repairing minor plumbing issues to prevent water damage and maintain plumbing functionality.
2. Cleaning mechanical rooms and work areas.
3. Helping to maintain the building's HVAC equipment to ensure comfortable conditions for tenants and staff.
4. Performing preventative maintenance throughout the building to reduce future problems.
5. Identifying potential safety hazards to prevent injuries and ensure a safe environment for tenants, customers, and staff.
6. Interacting courteously with employees and tenants.
7. Paying attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed professionally, avoiding overlooked hazards or issues.
