Hatch Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Junior Site Contracts Administrator. Reporting to the Project Delivery Group, you will be assigned to support a project in Valmy, NV, but your home office location will be Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level are filled by recent or soon to be university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
• Preferred associate's or bachelor' degree in business administration, management and supervision, accounting, engineering, or relevant discipline
• Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Experience with drafting and execution of commercial terms and conditions and an understanding of accompanying legal implications
• Willingness to travel and work onsite (including remote locations)

Responsibilities

• Contractual change control relating to cost and time
• Programme monitoring and progress meetings
• Payment certification and cash flow forecast
• Claims administration
• Develop, process and implement contractual documents and change notices in a timely manner
• Administrate contracts in accordance with general requirements of contractual terms and conditions
• Maintain various contract registers and as per project specific instructions
• Drive the deliverables and inputs as required from the quantity surveyors
• Management of bonds/guarantees
• Close-out
