Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Junior Site Contracts Administrator to support a project in Valmy, NV, with the home office in Salt Lake City, UT. The role is primarily in‑office with some remote flexibility and requires coordination within the Project Delivery Group.

The successful candidate will engage in contract administration, change control, payments, and documentation, with opportunities to learn EPCM processes across large construction sites.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon‑to‑be graduates with relevant skills, little or no professional experience.
• Preferred associate's or bachelor degree in business administration, management, accounting, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Contractual change control related to cost and time.
• Programme monitoring and progress meetings.
• Payment certification and cash flow forecast.
• Claims administration.
• Develop, process and implement contractual documents and change notices promptly.
• Administrate contracts per general terms and conditions.
• Maintain contract registers per project instructions.
• Drive deliverables and inputs from quantity surveyors.
• Management of bonds/guarantees and close‑out.
