Hatch is seeking a Site Project Controls Lead to join our team in Salt Lake City. You will oversee estimating, cost control, planning and scheduling as part of an integrated engineering group. The role emphasizes earned value, reporting and governance to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a project environment with estimating, cost control, planning and quantity surveying.
• Experience in high-value EPCM projects from inception to close out.
• Strong written and verbal communication and team leadership.
• Deliverables-driven with risk assessment and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and report project cost information including budgets and forecasts.
• Lead and mentor the project controls team to meet objectives.
• Prepare setup plans, kickoff meetings and assign staff for project controls.
• Confirm progress measurement, earned value methodology and progress reporting.
• Distribute project control documents and update reporting calendars.
