Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a Site Contracts Manager 1 for Mojave, CA, to lead a team of contract specialists through EPCM construction and services contracts. The role focuses on pre- and post-award activities, commercial terms, and governance compliance to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will manage contract formation, changes, and administration, ensuring proactive risk management, client liaison, and effective stakeholder communication across procurement and project teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive EPCM project environment experience with capital projects.
• Experience drafting commercial terms and understanding legal implications.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract governance.
• Knowledge of local environment and contractors for Hatch operations.
• Proven experience with contractor management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies in coordination with project teams.
• Lead the contracting team to manage pre- and post-award activities.
• Manage bidding, contract formation, execution, and handover to site teams.
• Oversee contract change control, progress meetings, and payments.
• Administer contracts and maintain contract registers per project instructions.
• Mentor and supervise team members and ensure governance compliance.
