Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Service & Repair Coordinator I in New Hampshire. You will process standard incoming and exiting firearms, work with Shipping, Receiving, Planning, Supply Chain, Compliance, Customer Service, and Quality teams, and support RMA processing and data entry.

The role emphasizes accuracy in serial number handling, basic data tasks, and collaboration across departments; on-site attendance is required and safety/ISO procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise, and accurate written/verbal communication.
• Basic data entry and administrative task handling.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Excel, and Word useful.

Responsibilities

• Complete serialized inventory scrap sheets.
• Cut serialized frames and perform account alias of serial numbers out of Oracle software system.
• Provide support to Repair Depot organization including, but not limited to RMA processing, verify serial numbers, assign serial numbers to work orders when required.
• Perform basic data entry in computer systems.
• Process RMAs, billing package prep and transport to shipping.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.
• Communicate effectively to supervision regarding problems and corrective action.
• Participate in 5s workplace organization activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.
• Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are a necessary function of this position.
• May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.
• May be required to work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
