Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Service & Repair Coordinator I to support processing standard incoming and exiting firearms. This entry-level role collaborates with Shipping, Receiving, Planning, Supply Chain, Compliance, Customer Service, internal team members, and Quality to ensure accurate and timely handling.

You will perform basic data entry, RMAs, serial-number verification, and participate in continual improvement initiatives, with required safety training and on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lead awareness training, nuclear training and HAZMAT training.
• Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Oracle.
• Capable of completing assigned tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Complete serialized inventory scrap sheets.
• Cut serialized frames and perform account alias of serial numbers out of Oracle software system.
• Provide support to Repair Depot organization including, but not limited to RMA processing, verify serial numbers, assign serial numbers to work orders when required.
• Perform basic data entry in computer systems.
• Process RMAs, billing package prep and transport to shipping.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.
• Communicate effectively to supervision regarding problems and corrective action.
• Participate in 5s workplace organization activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.
• Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are a necessary function of this position.
