Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Service & Repair Coordinator I to support processing of standard incoming and exiting firearms. This entry-level role collaborates with Shipping, Receiving, Planning, and Customer Service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Exeter, NH site.

Responsibilities include RMA processing, serial number verification, data entry, and supporting repair depot operations. Regular attendance and safety compliance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some administrative or operations experience preferred.
• Lead awareness training, nuclear training and HAZMAT training.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with Customer Service and Compliance for problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Complete serialized inventory scrap sheets.
• Cut serialized frames and map serial numbers in Oracle.
• Support Repair Depot operations including RMA processing and serial number verification.
• Perform basic data entry in computer systems.
• Process RMAs, prepare billing packages and coordinate with shipping.
