Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc (CEC) seeks a Service Desk Analyst to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. This foundational role supports hardware, software, and AV issues, with emphasis on clear communication and rapid learning in a face-to-face environment.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. You will be the first point of contact, log and triage requests, and assist with onboarding and conference room setups.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 0–3 years in help desk or desktop support; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to remote/branch locations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for employees seeking technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and triage Tier 1 issues; escalate when needed per escalation procedures.
• Log, categorize, and track incidents in the IT ticketing system with clear documentation.
• Participate in after-hours support, maintenance, and incident response as required.
• Train users on hardware/software and assist with conference room and AV setups.
• Install and configure hardware/software, image workstations, and onboard new hires.
