Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Lexus of Wayzata to act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping vehicles in top condition.

You will greet customers, write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, and provide timely updates. We offer a guaranteed 40-hour week, medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid time off, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Technically proficient and able to learn new systems.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years old to meet driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the service drive.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely, clear communication with customers throughout the process.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize Fixed Operations technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Located at Lexus of Wayzata, the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
