The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Junior Service Advisor at Lexus of Maplewood. You will bridge customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the service process.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Junior Service Advisor. Located at Lexus of Maplewood, the Junior Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
