Job summary

Chevrolet of Wayzata is seeking a Service Advisor who will liaise with customers and technicians to present repair recommendations and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Candidates should deliver exceptional service, write repair orders with clear cost/time estimates, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion. Prior experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations technology.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextServiceAdvisor.Located atNapleton's Chevrolet of Wayzata,theService Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by presenting vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
