Ed Napleton Automotive Group, Lexus of Maplewood, seeks a Junior Service Advisor to bridge customers and technicians. You will greet guests, write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, and communicate updates throughout the service process.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Junior Service Advisor. Located at Lexus of Maplewood, the Junior Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
