The Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a Junior Service Advisor at Lexus of Maplewood to bridge customers and technicians. You will greet guests, document concerns, and present repairs with transparent cost and time estimates.

This on-site role offers pay starting at $18.50 per hour with a $200 CSI bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and extensive training for growth within the group.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Junior Service Advisor. Located at Lexus of Maplewood, the Junior Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
