Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a Junior-level Administrative Security Specialist to support security operations across multiple DoD and IC programs. The role emphasizes compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while assisting with personnel, information, industrial, and physical security tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating with government

Qualifications

• Less than three years of experience in security administration, compliance, or related functions.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required (e.g. Security+, CySA+, SSCP, etc.).
• Minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Assist in executing security processes and compliance initiatives per DoD and government regulations.
• Maintain security records, databases, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Process and manage security actions including visit requests, access requests, clearances, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers, security offices, and program personnel on security requirements.
