Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-level Administrative Security Specialist to support security operations across DoD and IC programs. This role ensures compliance with security policies and regulations while supporting personnel, information, industrial, and physical security functions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with government customers, security professionals, and program personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; or Associate's +4 years of additional relevant work experience; or 6 years of additional relevant work experience.
• Six years of additional relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Assist in security processes and compliance with DoD regulations and government requirements.
• Maintain security records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Process, track, and manage security actions including visits, access requests, clearances, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports and briefings for government and program leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers and program personnel on security requirements.
• Support security inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
