Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an entry-level SEC Reporting Accountant to support the preparation and filing of external financial reports and SEC filings. The role offers exposure to U.S. GAAP, financial statement disclosures, and compliance requirements in a developmental capacity.

You will assist in preparing SEC reports and earnings releases, while collaborating across Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and filing of SEC reports (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Support earnings releases and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with External Reporting to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Work with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A and Corporate Accounting.
• Prepare basic accounting analyses and supporting documentation.
