Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Support earnings releases and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with External Reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting teams.
• Prepare and review financial statement disclosures and supporting documentation.
• Develop accounting knowledge through participation in the external reporting process.
