Job summary

Applicantz seeks an Associate Accountant to support its SEC and external reporting functions in Houston, TX. This entry-level role offers exposure to Form 10-Q/10-K processes, U.S. GAAP, and public company financial disclosures, with daily collaboration across Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, and FP&A teams.

You will prepare and review detailed financial statements, assist with earnings releases, and help ensure accuracy and timeliness of external filings. On-site Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• Foundational degree in accounting or related field.
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and related external filings.
• Assist in earnings releases and external communications.
• Collaborate with External Reporting, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, and FP&A teams.
• Help ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting outputs.
• Contribute to detail disclosures and supporting documentation.
