Qualifications

• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, roles, and workflows is expected.
• Ability to support stand-ups, planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Willingness to learn and apply agile best practices in a real project.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: support and co-facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track and escalate impediments to ensure timely resolution.
• Support team focus and align with sprint goals to reduce distractions.
• Apply Agile principles and continue learning through hands-on experience.
• Promote transparency by maintaining visibility into sprint progress and backlog status.
• Participate in retrospectives and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
