The Projex Group is seeking a Scrum Master to work closely with team members in executing the scrum framework. Responsibilities include ongoing development using Agile practices and serving as a bridge between product management and development.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills. This role allows for remote work but candidates should be local to NJ/PA/DE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or relevant related fields.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in a professional work setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
