A Junior Scrum Master supports the adoption and execution of Scrum practices within a development team. This role focuses on learning and applying agile principles while assisting in facilitating Scrum events, tracking team progress, and helping remove basic impediments. Working closely with senior Scrum Masters or agile leaders, this individual helps create a collaborative, transparent environment that enables teams to deliver quality outcomes.

This role supports an ITAR-compliant client account with specific security and work authorization requirements:

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,500 - $93,800.
