Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Two years of engineering or utility industry experience with SCADA, design and mapping systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer Intern (EI) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan for present and future electric system requirements; prepare cost estimates and keep management informed.
• Compile data for load or system studies and perform calculations for improvements.
• Prepare specifications and cost analyses for new equipment with emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
• Conduct field surveys and prepare drawings and estimates for additions or improvements.
