Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of Sales Cloud and support configuration efforts across Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
• Support user management, field creation, testing, and deployment processes
• Participate in troubleshooting and configuration tasks, learning on the job under senior mentorship
• Document configuration, participate in testing/UAT, and help bring features to production
• Actively contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team working toward go-live and optimization milestones

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in CRM systems and technology, particularly Salesforce
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving, communication, and learning quickly
• Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Exposure to Salesforce or the healthcare industry is a plus

Certifications:

• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator (or actively working toward it)
• If not currently certified, must demonstrate a strong willingness and aptitude to achieve certification within the first 6 months on the job

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
