Mercy Chefs is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to providing chef-prepared, restaurantquality meals to those in need following disasters. As we expand our impact, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the management and optimization of our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. This role is essential in ensuring seamless donor engagement, fundraising, and operational efficiency.
Position Overview
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and scaling Mercy Chefs Salesforce ecosystem. This role will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build out new features, optimize processes, and drive innovation in donor management and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a passion for leveraging technology to further our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and ongoing development of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Design, configure, and implement solutions, including automations, integrations, and custom workflows.
Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and operations teams to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce platforms. Lead training and documentation efforts to empower internal users.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage Salesforce updates and enhancements.
Identify and implement new Salesforce features to drive efficiency and engagement.
Work with third-party vendors and consultants as needed for integrations and system expansions.
Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a focus on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator certification (required); Advanced Admin, Marketing Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud certifications preferred.
Strong expertise in automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers).
Experience with data architecture, integrations, and reporting (e.g., Tableau, NPSP, GAU allocations,or similar BI tools).
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
