Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with an app-based ride share and food delivery company to hire an Instructional Designer - Sales.
Although this is remote, preference is given to candidates located near major hubs (Washington DC, Miami, Phoenix, New York City, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, Seattle)
This is a 6-month remote contract. The pay is $55-$65/hr (based on experience).
You will work Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with flexible hours to support different time zones (Europe, Asia, etc.)
Job Summary:
The Delivery business will launch a new Configure, Price, Quote, and Contract Lifecycle Management Tool in 2025. To ensure thorough training and long-term adoption, the Central Sales Training and Enablement team is adding Sales Systems Training Facilitators and Program Managers to lead training implementation and manage long-term system adoption. You will leverage your skills in training facilitation and change management with our commercial teams. The ideal facilitator is technical, energetic, driven, and a self-starter with experience in large-scale systems implementations, especially with customer-facing teams. Your role includes managing training sessions, ensuring completion of pre-and post-work, and providing ongoing support and retraining as needed.
Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager, you will own the training materials design, track progress, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will conduct training needs analysis and adapt content to meet global and local needs.
