Training Manager

What You'll Do

Do you have a passion for helping others and providing peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues before escalating them. Whether it's quickly getting answers for customers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll make the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

You'll report to the Training Manager and impact your team and learners by managing training programs.

During a Typical Day, You'll
  • Manage day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting
  • Improve key success metrics related to training goals
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication
  • Develop, coach, support, and evaluate the team to help them excel
  • Ensure your team has the tools, systems, and support needed to perform effectively
What You Bring to the Role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing training or adult learning programs
  • At least 4 years of experience in training or adult learning
  • Team-building and nurturing an inclusive learning environment
  • Encouraging coaching skills
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Customer and employee-focused mindset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos, Tandberg, or ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Call center experience
  • Active Resident State Health Insurance License
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated range: $22-$25/hr
