If you’re passionate about people, processes, and building something new with purpose — let’s talk.Your RoleAs our Onboarding & Training Coordinator, you will:- Welcome with Purpose: Lead engaging, virtual new hire and contractor orientations that connect people to our mission, values, and culture from day one.
- Manage the Process: Coordinate onboarding schedules, track milestones, and ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed on time.
- Build Great Tools: Develop and maintain impactful training materials that empower our teams and support department goals.
- Champion Compliance: Keep training aligned with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
- Measure what Matters: Track onboarding success through metrics like time-to-readiness, completion rates, and employee feedback.
- Support Team Success: Collaborate with managers to reinforce training, protocols, and performance expectations beyond the first week.
- Infuse Culture: Infuse our core values into all training and onboarding experiences.
- Drive Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires to continuously refine our onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: 2+ years in onboarding, training, HR, or organizational development (healthcare preferred).
- Communication Skills: Confident facilitator and clear communicator—both written and verbal.
- Organization: Able to manage multiple onboarding schedules and track progress across teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or LMS platforms.
- Adaptability: Comfortable tailoring training to different roles, learning styles, and locations.
- Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of healthcare standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
