Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support specialist to assist senior representatives and grow key accounts. The role involves field visits, prospecting, and coordinating quotes with internal teams.

You will maintain CRM pipelines (D365/Salesforce) and coordinate visits, tests, and orders to meet customer expectations. Travel up to 25% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in inside sales or support role within industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Working knowledge of electromechanical equipment (pumps, motors, generators, or industrial repair services).
• A degree is preferred but not required; hands-on experience and aptitude are valued.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales representatives in managing and growing assigned customer accounts

• Support preparation of quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Participate in project-related communications with customers, operations, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer activities in D365 and Salesforce
• Help coordinate customer visits, facility tours, and test runs (e.g., TDI, inspections)
• Collaborate with inside sales and operations to support order processing, delivery timelines, and expectations
• Attend sales and production/WIP meetings and contribute to action tracking and follow-ups

• Attend sales meetings, production/WIP meetings, and contribute to action tracking and follow-ups

Requirements
