Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Analyst to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you will support the sales organization by analyzing data, streamlining processes, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. This position is ideal for someone eager to start their career in sales operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
This position will report to the Director of Planning & Analysis. The role is full time, exempt and will work in a hybrid arrangement of in-office and remote work (based out of our Dallas location).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and dashboards to track
performance metrics and trends.
- Support data management efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of
sales-related data.
- Create and distribute ad-hoc reporting and analysis to the sales and
operations organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation,
implementing solutions that enhance operational workflow.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Education, Experience And Training
- 0-2 years of related professional experience, ideally in a sales operations or analyst role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Salesforce reporting skills, or
beginner abilities with a strong desire to learn.
- Experience identifying insights from complex data sets and proposing solutions based on findings
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Excel – Intermediate or above
- SQL – a plus but not required
- Salesforce.com – working knowledge of the system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
