PositionSummary:
The Business Analyst, Sales Operations (BASO) will becommitted to providing analytical support to the Commercial Operations team. They will be responsible for determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for all ongoing and upcoming commercial operation initiatives. BASO will be responsible for working cross-functionally within clinical division to develop and monitor commercial facing KPIs that directly link to commercial enablement, client engagement, and revenue growth. Programs will include but are not limited to:
-Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF)
-Guided Selling Models
-Partnership Success
-Sales Productivity Reporting
The BASO will be responsible for maintaining sales commissions and collaborating with the MSO for sales commissions administration. The BASO will be responsible for collaborating for the development of Dashboards and Reporting for our commercial team from our CRM, currently SFDC. The BASO will be responsible for data modeling for proposed and on-going commercial initiatives
