Job summary

UNITEC is seeking a Junior Sales Account in Lodi, California to grow the business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role involves collecting information to support tailored technical solutions and aiding area managers in sales meetings to maximize market coverage.

Responsibilities include researching accounts, outbound calling, maintaining CRM, and ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge in Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
• Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players.
• Communicating with Customers, making outbound calls to potential Customers.
• Understanding Customer needs and requirements.
• Answering potential Customers questions and providing them with additional information.
• Maintaining and expanding database of prospects.
• Updating CRM.
• Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contacts with potential and existing Customers.
