UNITEC is seeking a Sales Back Office Clerk for our Lodi, California location. The role focuses on growing the business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

You will collect information for tailored technical solutions and support area managers in sales meetings to improve market coverage. The position requires strong communication, listening, and analytical skills, with CRM updates and research of new customers.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Reliability and precision in tasks.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
• Experience in fruit/vegetable sector or industrial machinery is a plus.

• Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players.
• Communicating with customers and making outbound calls.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements; responding to inquiries.
• Updating CRM with prospect data and activities.
