Job summary

Unitec SpA in California seeks a Junior Sales Account to grow the business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, and guiding the sales process. You will collect data to inform tailored technical solutions and support area managers in sales meetings to maximize market coverage.

The role includes outbound outreach, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with the team to drive growth in a dynamic, international environment. A base salary ranges with experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with good organization.
• Spanish and/or Italian language skills are a plus.
• Experience in fruit/veg sector or industrial machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players.
• Communicating with Customers, making outbound calls to potential Customers.
• Understanding Customer needs and requirements.
• Answering potential Customers questions and providing them with additional information.
• Maintaining and expanding database of prospects.
• Updating CRM.
• Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contacts with potential and existing Customers.
